TERMS OF SERVICE

GENERAL​

  • Personal use only (for commercial use please discuss first)

  • Major revisions 2-3x and minor revisions 4-5x. There will be an extra charge if there are more revisions

  • Turnaround time 1-3 months (I'll inform any delay in delivery!) (TAT per artwork). Deadlines and rush orders might be charged an additional fee

  • Please do not heavily edit my art

  • I'll automatically upload the results to my social media as a portfolio. Please tell me first if you'd like your commission to be private! (No extra charge)

  • I may cancel/reject the order if I feel like I'm not able to do it

PAYMENT & REFUND

  • Payment 100% or 50% upfront via Paypal (international) or local bank/OVO/DANA/GoPay (Indonesian)

  • Order cancellation and refund are allowed if the sketch has not yet been delivered

  • Refund only allowed if I can't give any progress 2 weeks after the approved sketch. Other than that, a refund is not allowed after I send a sketch

  • For PayPal payment method, refund will be given through Goods and Services option. So please consider before asking for a refund or commissioning! (Unless I'm the one asking the refund)

  • Fanart/OC/etc

  • Gore (Heavy/Light)

I DON'T DO:

  • NSFW

  • Mecha

  • Overly muscular characters

  • Anything that I feel like I can't do
